Kid's and Women's Safety Self-Defense Seminars

Master Sensei Steve Gancherov and Donavan Sellan heads up the current seminars.
Steve is a 1994 World Shotokan Karate champion and has trained in multiple martial arts for over 20 years.
Donavan has 20 years of self-defense / mix martial arts experience and has
been a police officer for the past 12 years.
