We offer Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Mauy Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling, Cardio Kickboxing, MMA, Shotokan Karate & Aikido, and – Shaolin Kung Fu through a real Shaolin Priest from China!
 
Our high standard of teaching good Character and life lessons is still the main focus from legendary masters: Gichin Funakoshi, Morihi Ueshiba, Jiro Kano,  Miyamoto Musashi,
from our current Masters as well – Hidetaka Nishiyama &  Helio Gracie.
 
Our ability to teach self-defense, where today many challenges come from skilled mixed fighting systems and understanding of Judo throws, wrestling and take down defense. Our students will learn to counter bullies and an opportunity not to be victims by understanding and applying the importance of martial arts technique from the ground up.
